Excursions organised by the Sesia Val Grande Geopark Association
The suggested excursions take visitors on a journey of discovery through a region characterised by splendid views and corners brimming with natural and cultural treasures: these are places where human history and the history of the planet have long been intertwined.
These activities reveal the invisible thread linking the development of culture and traditions to the geological processes that transform the Earth – an unusual yet highly topical perspective. They combine scientific rigour with a constant quest for effective and engaging communication, which is why they involve researchers and experts.
All this takes place within an area whose exceptional nature is recognised internationally: we are inthe Sesia Val Grande UNESCO Global Geopark, one of the hubs of the UNESCO Priority Programmes network.
