Exhibition: ‘Geoparks in Italy’

From 25 March to 18 June 2023, the exhibition “Geoparks in Italy”, curated by Marco Giardino, will be on display at Palazzo Ferrero (BI).

A journey through Italy’s Geoparks recognised within the UNESCO Global Geoparks Network to understand the value of our geological heritage. Through the exploration of geodiversity – the abiotic equivalent of biodiversity, that is, the variety of geological, geomorphological, soil and hydrological characteristics and processes that constitute and shape our planet Earth.
