Geopark at Taste Alto Piemonte
Sesia Val Grande UNESCO Global Geopark at TASTE ALTO PIEMONTE.
The first event in the region dedicated to wine excellence.
Novara, 1–2 April.
The Sesia Val Grande UNESCO Global Geopark is a partner in this wonderful initiative to promote the region’s finest attractions in Upper Piedmont. The Geopark will be present at Novara Castle during the event organised by the Consorzio Tutela Nebbioli Alto Piemonte, with a small stand to promote the entire region, which, thanks to its extraordinary uniqueness and geological diversity, is home to a wide range of premium wine appellations. The Geopark, represented by Edoardo Dellarole, will introduce a series of in-depth technical seminars to explore in detail how geological and landscape diversity underpin the differences that are ultimately reflected in the glass. The new map of the Boca trails will also be presented, offering yet another way to discover this unique area, which has been a UNESCO priority programme since 2015 under the name Sesia Val Grande UNESCO Global Geopark.
